Returns & Exchanges

At BEAMS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
